What I built

• 01Designed and shipped the agentic chat widget powering inbound conversion on Kipanga's site: RAG over a Pinecone knowledge base with dual-model orchestration combining GPT-5.1 for reasoning and Gemini Flash for routing.
• 02Implemented function-calling tools for meetings, team notification, live-call requests, transcripts, ROI calculation and retrieval, with strict guardrails for pricing, off-topic redirection and staff-information requests.
• 03Built SSE streaming, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, end-to-end Origami CRM sync, a proactive engagement layer (scroll/dwell/exit-intent scoring) and an incremental nightly ingestion pipeline on a Vercel cron.
